UPDATE: official IEBC polling-station-level data for 7 of the county's 8 constituencies (Kitui Central, Kitui Rural, Kitui South, Kitui West, Mwingi Central, Mwingi North, Mwingi West) is now attached to this race for the Analytics page's drill-down feature (1385 stations). Kitui East is not covered. This same data revealed a 3rd-place candidate, Benjamin Muithya Mutambuki (Democratic Party of Kenya), missing from the original record above. His recorded vote count here (7,609) is a SUM ACROSS ONLY THESE 7 CONSTITUENCIES, not a confirmed full-county total like the winner/runner-up above - it may be an undercount pending data for Kitui East.
